US’ Nike & Cognizant announce new 5-year tech operations agreement

American multinational corporation Nike has signed a five-year agreement with Cognizant to consolidate several of Nike's existing IT support functions across 230-plus locations in more than 40 countries. The collaboration will leverage hyper-automation, AI, and process re-engineering to support Nike's global growth and digital transformation momentum.
